Terms and Conditions of Sale

• We aim to complete and despatch your order within approximately 4 weeks from the date the order was placed
• All zips and stitching are fully guaranteed for 5 years
• In the unlikely event that you have any problems with the fit of any of our garments we will make any alterations to the garment within 7 days provided that the garment is unused and in perfect condition at the time of the request. The garment must be returned to us within 14 days of the request according to our conditions of sale.
• Refunds are exclusive of postal charges incurred both UK and overseas.
• Garment specifications, prices and delivery charges are correct at the time of writing January 2005 but are subject to change.
• BTK will repair any items found to be faulty.
• The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
